Name: Bosco Ntaganda
AKA: Terminator
Alleged crime: Ntaganda is alleged to be criminally liable for the war crime of conscripting and using child soldiers in association with the armed conflict in the Ituri region. A warrant of arrest was first issued against Ntaganda on 22nd August 2006 by the Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court (ICC) but was kept under seal due to the risk of Bosco Ntaganda fleeing or obstructing the work of the Court. The warrant was unsealed on 28th April 2008 upon the request of the Prosecutor. Ntaganda is still at large in the Congo.
