Name: Ratko Mladić
Alleged crime: Ratko Mladić is accused of genocide, crimes against humanity and violations of the laws and customs of war. As the former commander of the Bosnian Serb forces in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Mladić is accused of having command responsibility for crimes committed during the Siege of Sarajevo and the Srebrenica massacre between the 13 and 19 July 1995, in which thousands of Muslim men were summarily executed.
