Name: Charles Ryandikayo
Alleged Crime: Charles Ryanidikayo is charged by the ICTR with war crimes, crimes against humanity, conspiracy with a view to commit genocide, and genocide. Ryandikayo is accused of playing a leading role in the systematic extermination of the Tutsis in different places throughout the Kibuye prefecture in 1994. At the time of the allegations, he was manager of a restaurant in Mubuga in the Gishyita commune.
