REDRESS is a human rights organisation that helps torture survivors obtain justice and reparation. REDRESS works with survivors to help restore their dignity and to make torturers accountable. REDRESS has active case files relating to more than 957 survivors before national and international courts relating to torture occurring in all parts of the world.They provide advice to lawyers and human rights groups and prepare legal submissions in numerous cases before a variety of jurisdictions, both national and international, including the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights; the European Court of Human Rights; the Cambodia Extraordinary Chambers; the UN Human Rights Committee, the UN Working Group on Enforced and Involuntary Disappearances.
