At 0xpo Crossroads in San Francisco on November 3, blockchain attorney Lisa Rubin of Paul Hastings discussed legal misconceptions in the industry that still exist. Rubin highlighted how important it is for crypto companies to seek legal advice before launching as well as the importance of staying compliant with the laws and regulations that govern the cryptocurrency space. She also emphasized the importance of having clearly written contracts to protect all parties involved.
